We collect information you voluntarily submit through our forms — name, email, phone, company, and any requirements or messages you provide on the Find Space, Advertise, and Claim Profile forms. We also publish professional contact details for brokerages and agents (name, title, brokerage, office phone, and markets served) sourced from firms' own public materials.
How we use information
Lead form submissions are routed to the site administrator to connect you with an appropriate Waco commercial broker. Profile claim submissions are used to verify and grant ownership of a listed profile. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Directory listings
Agent and brokerage profiles are compiled from publicly available business information. If you are listed and wish to correct, remove, or claim your profile, contact us and we will process your request.
Data retention
Lead and claim records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and respond to inquiries, then removed on request.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time. We do not respond to "do not track" signals.
